Biography
Having litigated or arbitrated in excess of 70 cases and mediated more than 300 cases, Steve Olson is a trusted and experienced insurance defense attorney with nearly 30 years of experience. He is a certified mediator and a graduate of the Litigation Management Institute. He is also a member of the Rapid Response Team at Engles, Ketcham, Olson and Keith. Mr. Olson has an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating standard.
An Alternate Member of the Nominating Commission for the Nebraska Court of Appeals, Mr. Olson is also the Nebraska Co-Chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance and a fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He is a Member of the Defense Research Institute, National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Transportation Lawyers Association and International Association of Defense Counsel, as well as the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Counsel Association of Nebraska, Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and Nebraska Inns of Court.
