Dana R. Jurgensmeier

Dana Jurgensmeier practices civil litigation regarding insurance defense in both federal and state court. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, she was a member of the 2021 Regional Champion Trial Team and was later named to the 2021 Chapter of The Order of Barristers. She was also certified with the Nebraska Law Criminal Clinic during her time at Nebraska Law. Dana’s father works as truck driver for his local farmers’ cooperative, so she has a special appreciation for her clients in the transportation industry.

She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. In her free time, she loves to spend time outdoors with her family.
