Jason A. Kidd
Senior partner in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice, Jason Kidd has extensive experience working with employers, insurers and third-party administrators to resolve issues in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation in both Iowa and Nebraska. He has presented numerous seminars and training sessions for his clients. Mr. Kidd is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating standard.
In addition, Mr. Kidd serves on the Executive Board for the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Nebraska Bar Association. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. In addition, Mr. Kidd has volunteered to serve on the Finance Council at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and the Millard United Sports baseball board. Much of his free time is spent with his wife and children, who keep him busy with activities at home, school and throughout the state.

A partner in the firm’s civil litigation group, Michael Moran routinely handles high-exposure litigation involving insurance, transportation and employment matters. He practices at all levels of state and federal courts. In addition, Mr. Moran is a member of the Engles, Ketcham Olson & Keith Rapid Response Team – coordinating with a nationwide network of investigative professionals to assist clients in mitigating large-loss scenarios. He also assists clients with mediation, arbitration, trial and appellate advocacy.
Paige Hall is a member of the firm’s civil litigation group, with a diversified practice including insurance defense, restaurant and retail industry defense, products liability, insurance coverage and appellate work. She is well-versed in assisting clients with litigated matters from pre-litigation evaluation through the appellate process.
Caitlin Kilburg has dedicated her entire legal career to defending employers and insurance companies against workers’ compensation claims. As such, Ms. Kilburg has extensive experience working with employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and professional employer organizations to resolve issues in all aspects of workers’ compensation in both Iowa and Nebraska.
