Ms. Bailey has a unique perspective on defense of insurance claims, due to her prior experience working for an insurance company. With her experience both within the insurance company and as outside counsel, Karen Bailey brings special insight to her practice of insurance defense. A proven litigator, she represents insurers and insureds in a variety of areas. In addition, she is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating standard.
Ms. Bailey is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, Nebraska Defense Counsel Association and the Iowa-Nebraska International Association of Special Investigation Units. She was recently appointed to the Nebraska Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. She has also received her designation as a Certified Litigation Management Professional through the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
