Biography
Meredith has spent the entirety of her career defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Her clients are in all areas of industry including manufacturing, food production, retail, trucking and transportation, schools, and construction. Meredith has presented CLEs on workers’ compensation and litigation issues for the University of Missouri–Kansas City and the National Business Institute. She has served on the Board of Editors and YLS Mock Trial Competition Committee for the Kansas Bar Association. Meredith frequently volunteers at her alma mater, the University of Iowa College of Law, as a mentor to current or prospective students and as a judge for Moot Court and Appellate Advocacy courses.
