Biography
Philip Wasta has been working in insurance for over ten years in underwriting, adjusting and recoupment; giving him a unique insight into the claims handling process. He has worked on a range of different lines from Commercial Auto and Commercial General Liability to Workers’ Compensation and is excited to direct that experience into insurance defense with a primary focus in workers’ compensation.
He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
