Biography
Will Taylor practices civil litigation in both federal and state court. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, he was senior certified in the Civil Clinic and completed the Intellectual Property Program of Concentrated Study. He is also a certified mediator in Nebraska. Prior to attending law school, Will spent years working in construction, tourism, and agriculture fields. As a former CDL holder, Will’s experience driving various tractors, buses, and trucks gives him a special understanding of his clients in the transportation industry.
He is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Indiana and is a member of the Nebraska and Indiana State Bar Associations. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and growing boys.
