U.S. District Court for Nebraska – L. Paige Hall and Robert Keith
Decedent’s estate sued a property owner after Decedent fell from a second story window well suffering fatal injuries. The court agreed the Decedent had no evidence the mansard in place outside the window was a proximate cause of the fall and a jury would be left to speculate as to the cause of the fall should the matter to proceed to trial. The case was dismissed by the U.S. District Court for Nebraska.
