Nebraska Supreme Court – Robert Keith and Alexis Wright

Robert Keith and Alexis Wright successfully convinced the Nebraska Supreme Court to affirm a favorable trial verdict for its client, Dodge County.  Plaintiff, a land owner in the county, sued Dodge County for granting a variance to the landowner’s neighbor related to the construction of a hog pen within the requires setback set forth in the county’s zoning regulation.  The Supreme Court ruled Dodge County followed all applicable Nebraska law when it granted the variance and refused to disturb Dodge County’s decision.  A complete copy of the opinion can be found at https://supremecourt.nebraska.gov/courts/supreme-court/opinions.  (Dolezal-Soukop v.
